Products
We sell pet cleaning and home care accessories. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice. We try to display products as accurately as possible, but colors, packaging, and minor details may vary.

Orders
An order is accepted only after payment is confirmed and the order is processed. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, if payment fails, if fraud is suspected, or if the delivery address is not supported. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid.

Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in the store currency at checkout. Shipping fees, taxes, duties, and import charges may apply depending on the delivery country and will be shown where Shopify can calculate them.

Shipping
We currently sell to Switzerland and the European Union through active Shopify markets and shipping rates. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Use and safety
Use products only as intended and follow any instructions provided with the product. Keep small parts and packaging away from children and pets. Do not use damaged products.

Returns and refunds are handled under our Return and refund policy. Personal data is handled under our Privacy policy.
