Refund policy

Pawrily is operated by Thynk Unltd Sarl. We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@pawrily.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be sent to: Thynk Unltd Sarl, Chemin des Vignes 7, 1027 Lonay, Vaud, Switzerland. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Used items, items not in their original condition, gift cards, custom products, and hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened cannot be returned unless required by applicable law.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
If the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, unless an exception applies under applicable law. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
