Pawrily is operated by Thynk Unltd Sarl.

Where we ship
We currently ship to Switzerland and the European Union through the countries enabled in checkout. We do not promise worldwide delivery unless the country is available at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing can take longer during supplier delays, holidays, address checks, or high demand.

Estimated delivery
Switzerland: usually 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
European Union: usually 3 to 8 business days after dispatch.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment. Current standard rates can include CHF 7.00 for Switzerland and CHF 15.00 for international shipping, with free shipping thresholds where shown at checkout.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send tracking information by email.

Wrong address or failed delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Extra costs caused by wrong addresses, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels may be charged to the customer where allowed by law.
